We are thrilled to announce that planning has been approved to enhance this property, which is nestled on the banks of Loch Rannoch.  

Having studied the existing property from the land and from the loch itself, we developed proposals with our clients to reorganise the internal spaces in order to maximise the stunning views, as well as provide a more contemporary look overall to the dwelling. 

Now that planning is approved, we are working through the building warrant phase and co-ordinating with both the engineer, contractor and suppliers.
