We are thrilled to announce that planning has been approved to build a New Build House on the banks of the River Forth.  

Set within the ground of Easter Cottage, and within conservation village, the properties sits subtly nestled within the trees. A blend of timber, render, and slate make this a contemporary take on traditional building.

Now that planning is approved, we are working through the building warrant phase and co-ordinating with both the engineer, contractor and suppliers.
