Set in beautiful and very private garden grounds, our client desired a high-end residential development of nine flats with a contemporary aesthetic. Garden views and natural light were important, so particular consideration was given to the orientation of the building and the sloping nature of the site. With an existing property adjacent to the site, privacy issues were also carefully considered.
