Following our work on the original Waverley Arches conversion, Staran are delighted to be working with the team at Edinburgh Gin on the creation of a new gin distillery and visitor centre in the heart of Edinburgh. The centre, which incorporates existing listed, derelict arches and a large new build element, will also feature a roof terrace with incredible views over Waverley train station, and a new public staircase connecting Jeffrey Street with Cranston Street below. This bold, three-storey site will be a key tourist attraction within the city.
