This A-listed property within the New Town conservation area in Edinburgh required substantial upgrading.
We worked with the clients to develop an updated layout, before obtaining Listed Building Consent and Building Warrant. We introduced and managed the contractor and wider design team, including engineer and interior designer. The client also asked us to undertake bespoke joinery design and produce construction drawings for their manufacturer.
The result is a beautiful basement property that feels much brighter, with an improved layout and better access to the private rear garden.
